At buywala.pk we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be processed.


1. Return Eligibility

  • The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

2. Return Timeframe

Customers must request a return within 7 DAYS of receiving their order.

After submitting a return request, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Returns requested after the specified timeframe may not be accepted.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  1. We will review the condition of the product.

  2. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 DAYS after approval.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.


4. Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong item or need a different size, color, or replacement, we may offer an exchange.

Exchange requests must:

  • Be made within 7 DAYS of delivery

  • Meet the return eligibility conditions listed above

Product exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within  7 DAYS of delivery.

When reporting an issue, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the problem

After reviewing the issue, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • An exchange

  • A full or partial refund


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer handling

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)

  • Digital products or downloadable items (if applicable)

These items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.


7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:

If the return is due to:

  • Incorrect item sent by us
